Biography: BERNADETH ANGGIA MARIA ROSARIE from Indonesia currently focuses on the Conflict Resolution and Dispute Settlement Mechanism of ASEAN. She used to work as a Technical Officer of the Legal Services and Agreements Division of the ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta, Indonesia. She obtained her Master of Law and Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Her area of interest encompasses law, conflict resolution and the pacific settlement of disputes, free trade agreements, investor-state disputes, alternative dispute resolution and trade related issues. She has six years of research and analysis experience on various issues of law and economy. Her publications include “Critique of Indonesian Antitrust Law on the Exclusion of Patent Licensing from the Antitrust Law, A Comparative Study to U.S. Antitrust Law” and “Critical Analysis of the Dynamic of Regulating Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) Products of Biotechnology and Barrier to Trade of International Trade Law”.
