Biography: AKIRA UCHIMURA, from Japan, is a project Manager for the Nikkei Scholarship, Japan, a scholarship funded by the Nippon Foundation. He finished his master’s degree in Public Administration in 2007, at the International Christian University in Japan. He has been selected as one of the participants of the “Building a Better Asia” retreat, which is also funded by the Nippon Foundation.
